GREENSIDE, A MODERN NEW YORK-STYLE PIZZERIA, TO OPEN IN NULU ON FEBRUARY 12
(January 29, 2026)- Greenside, a modern New York–style pizzeria and hospitality concept is set to open at 905 East Main Street in the heart of NuLu. The restaurant is part of the 10,000-square- foot, multi-million-dollar redevelopment spanning 901 and 905 E. Main Street, anchoring the northeast corner of Main Street and Campbell with a fresh, design-forward dining destination.
Built on great dough and easy energy, Greenside delivers a true sit-down pizzeria experience rooted in New York tradition and refined through a modern, craft-forward lens. The concept was pioneered by Gravely Brewing founder Nathaniel Gravely as a natural extension of the brewery’s ethos—pairing thoughtful food with well-made beer in an inviting space built for gathering. Gravely recently moved their taphouse to the same development in December.
“Greenside is about intention,” said Gravely. “From the dough to the room itself, everything is designed to feel confident but approachable—a place where people want to sit, share a pie, and stay awhile.”
At the core of Greenside’s menu is a dough-first philosophy. The pizza program emphasizes long-fermented dough, thin and foldable crusts with structure, and clean, balanced toppings that allow the dough to shine. To help shape the culinary direction, Gravely consulted with Max Balliet of Pizza Lupo, known for his ingredient-driven approach and deep respect for pizza tradition.
Greenside pairs its whole-pie pizza menu with a curated mix of Gravely Brewing favorites alongside exclusive beers brewed specifically for Greenside. The beer program is designed to complement the food—crisp, balanced, and versatile—bridging craft beer culture with a modern pizzeria experience. The menu will also include a robust list of wines, signature and classic cocktails featuring creative mixology.
The space itself reflects the brand’s philosophy: bright, intentional, and welcoming. Clean lines, modern materials, abundant natural light, and indoor greenery define the room, blending soft industrial elements with warmth. Designed as a relaxed dining environment rather than a traditional slice shop, Greenside brings coastal energy into an urban setting—never dark, never grungy.
Greenside positions itself as a place where great pizza, great beer, and good energy come together naturally urban but relaxed, design-forward but unpretentious. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 4pm-10pm, Friday and Saturday 12pm-10pm, and Sunday 12pm-9pm.
